Cookie Policy
This policy explains the browser storage and similar technologies used by PackFloor and how you can control optional analytics.
Last updated October 2, 2026
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Local storage is a browser feature that stores information on a device. Similar technologies may use identifiers or requests to remember settings, protect accounts, understand website traffic, and deliver requested functions.
2. How PackFloor uses them
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Authentication, security, session continuity, billing flow, fraud prevention, and saving privacy choices. | Required for requested services and cannot be disabled through our banner. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics helps us understand visits, referral sources, and how public pages are used. | Disabled unless you accept analytics. |
| Operational metrics | Privacy-focused performance and usage measurements help us maintain reliability. | Designed to avoid cross-site advertising profiles. |
3. Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set identifiers such as _ga to distinguish visits and measure engagement. The exact cookies and retention periods may change as Google updates the service or as we adjust our configuration. We currently keep advertising-storage consent denied and do not use PackFloor workspace content for targeted advertising.
Google receives information such as the page URL, IP address, browser and device details, and interactions. Review Google’s explanation of its data use and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Manage your choices
You can accept or decline optional analytics when the banner appears and change your choice later using the button below. You may also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other requested features from working.
