Terms of Service
These terms govern access to PackFloor and establish the responsibilities of PackFloor customers and authorized users.
Last updated October 2, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using PackFloor, you agree to these Terms. If you use PackFloor for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. The Service
PackFloor provides warehouse fulfillment, order, product, inventory, document, labeling, shipping, reporting, and integration tools. Features may vary by plan and may change as the Service develops. PackFloor is an operational tool; customers remain responsible for order accuracy, inventory controls, regulatory compliance, shipping decisions, and the work performed by their personnel.
3. Accounts and authorized users
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for your users, role assignments, credentials, and all activity within your workspace.
- You must promptly notify PackFloor of suspected unauthorized access and may not share individual credentials.
- Use must remain within the user and integration limits of the selected plan.
4. Trials, subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Eligible new customers may receive the trial period displayed at signup. A valid payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically and renews each month until canceled. Taxes may apply.
You may cancel at any time through the available billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly agreed by PackFloor, amounts already paid are nonrefundable. We may change pricing prospectively by providing reasonable notice.
5. Customer content and data
You retain ownership of information and files submitted to your workspace (“Customer Content”). You grant PackFloor and its service providers a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display Customer Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content, including personal information, customer labels, logos, and other intellectual property. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of business-critical records and for exporting needed information before account closure.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use PackFloor to:
- Violate law, another party’s rights, or applicable trade, privacy, or shipping requirements.
- Upload malicious code or content, probe security, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service.
- Access another customer’s data or use automated methods that unreasonably burden the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, copy, or create a competing service from protected portions of PackFloor except where law expressly permits.
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, or abusive activity.
7. Third-party services
PackFloor may connect with services such as Shopify and Stripe. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms. PackFloor is not responsible for changes, outages, data, or acts of those providers. You authorize PackFloor to exchange information with a connected provider as needed to deliver the features you enable.
8. PackFloor intellectual property
PackFloor and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding Customer Content. Subject to these Terms and timely payment, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations during the subscription term.
9. Availability, warranties, and operational responsibility
We work to keep PackFloor reliable and secure, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, or compatibility with every device, printer, carrier, label format, or third-party service. You must review critical orders, labels, quantities, addresses, and shipping documents before acting on them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackFloor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, orders, or business interruption. PackFloor’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or activity that threatens the Service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using PackFloor and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, business, or law. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to colin@packfloor.app.
