Shopify warehouse fulfillment

Move Shopify orders onto the warehouse floor without handing over Shopify access.

PackFloor brings new Shopify orders into a controlled warehouse workflow where employees can review the work, print the right documents and labels, complete each line, and move the shipment forward.

The handoff problem

An online order is not yet a warehouse instruction.

Shopify is built to run commerce. Your warehouse still needs product details, customer-specific labels, production notes, shipment files, and a clear status everyone can follow. PackFloor creates that operational layer without forcing floor employees to work inside the store admin.

Automatic new-order imports

Once the store is connected, eligible new Shopify orders can enter PackFloor without an employee copying order numbers by hand.

Controlled product review

Unrecognized SKUs are flagged for review so an administrator can finish product and packaging details before production proceeds.

Warehouse-ready order cards

Each line can show product images, quantities, containers, case packs, materials, instructions, and completion status.

Documents kept with the order

Attach shipment labels, bills of lading, packing documents, and other files where the warehouse can find and print them.

Roles for the real team

Administrators manage the account, supervisors run operations, and warehouse employees can work without broad administrative access.

PackFloor shipping status

The warehouse controls when work is ready, in production, ready to ship, and shipped instead of inheriting a premature status from another system.

How it works

A clear route from incoming order to shipped.

  1. 01

    Connect Shopify

An administrator authorizes the store from PackFloor settings.

  2. 02

    Receive new orders

New eligible orders import into the review and fulfillment workflow.

  3. 03

    Run the warehouse

Employees follow line details, print files, add notes, and complete the work.

  4. 04

    Ship and close

The team marks the order shipped, then a supervisor can close it after final review.

Questions

What teams usually ask

Do warehouse employees need Shopify access?

No. The purpose of the connection is to bring the order into PackFloor so warehouse users can work from their PackFloor role.

Will every historical Shopify order import?

PackFloor is designed to import eligible orders placed after the store is connected. This keeps initial setup focused and avoids flooding the warehouse with old work.

What happens when a Shopify SKU is new?

The product and order can be flagged for review. An administrator completes the operational details before approving the product for normal fulfillment.

Does PackFloor replace Shopify?

No. Shopify remains the commerce system. PackFloor is the warehouse execution workspace that gives the floor the information and controls needed after an order arrives.
