Warehouse order management

Turn incoming sales orders into work the warehouse can actually complete.

PackFloor combines order details, product instructions, documents, labels, packing slips, and live progress so the office and warehouse share one operational record.

The handoff problem

The handoff fails when the order and the work live in different places.

A sales order may tell you what the customer bought, but it rarely contains everything the floor needs to produce, label, pack, and ship it correctly. That missing context turns owners and managers into the warehouse help desk.

Multiple ways to enter work

Bring in supported Shopify orders, upload a sales-order PDF, or create an order manually when the source system is not connected.

Line-level production details

Show the product, quantity, packaging, base inventory, images, notes, and other operational parameters for each line.

A visible order lifecycle

Separate needs review, ready for production, in production, ready to ship, shipped, and completed work.

Editable with role controls

Administrators and supervisors can correct quantities or add items while employee permissions protect the source order.

Printable fulfillment documents

Generate a warehouse-focused fulfillment sheet and a customer-ready packing slip from the same order.

Shipment files in context

Store bills of lading, FBA labels, carrier documents, and shipment-specific files with the exact order they belong to.

How it works

A clear route from incoming order to shipped.

  1. 01

    Capture the order

Connect, upload, or manually enter the incoming order.

  2. 02

    Resolve exceptions

Review new SKUs and complete missing operational details.

  3. 03

    Execute each line

The warehouse prints, produces, packs, documents, and checks off the work.

  4. 04

    Ship with a record

Keep the packing slip, shipping files, status, and history tied together.

Questions

What teams usually ask

Is PackFloor an accounting system?

No. PackFloor is the operational layer between an incoming order and the warehouse. Accounting and commerce systems can remain the financial or sales source of truth.

Can we use PackFloor without Shopify?

Yes. Orders can also be created manually or imported from a supported sales-order PDF workflow.

Can managers correct an order?

Users with appropriate operational permissions can edit quantities, add items, and add instructions while warehouse-employee access remains restricted.

What is the difference between shipped and completed?

Shipped records the physical warehouse milestone. Completed can be used later by an administrator or supervisor after invoicing and final issue review.
